新型コロナウイルスCOVID-19の感染拡大に関し、罹患された皆様や生活に影響を受けられている皆様に心よりお見舞い申し上げます。
VISIT東北グループ全社（株式会社VISIT東北、株式会社GM7、株式会社日中BHEコミュニケーションズ、一般社団法人宮城インバウンドDMO）は、感染拡大リスクの最小化を目的に、原則在宅勤務（テレワーク）を実施することをお知らせいたします。
お客様、関係各位におかれましては、ご不便お掛けいたしますが、何卒ご理解を賜りますよう、お願い申し上げます。

【内容】
原則として全社員の在宅勤務（テレワーク）
【実施期間】
2020年4月6日から4月30日（木）を予定
※状況に応じて期間延長の可能性があります。
【各種電話窓口の休止】
テレワーク実施期間中は代表電話へのお問い合わせはお受けできません。
ご連絡の際は当社ウェブサイトの問い合わせ窓口、また、各担当者あてのメールにてご連絡頂くようお願い申し上げます。
内容に応じて、各担当より電話またはメールにて対応いたします。
ご不便をおかけいたしますが、ご理解を賜りますようお願い申し上げます。

We would like to express our heartfelt sympathy to those battling with illness and those whose lives have been affected by the spread of the new coronavirus, COVID-19.
In order to minimize the risk of infection spread, the entire VISIT Tohoku Group (VISIT Tohoku, Inc., GM7, Inc., BHE Communications, Inc., Miyagi Inbound DMO) has announced that employees will, as a general rule, work from home.

■VISIT Tohoku Group Remote Work Policy Overview
As a general rule, all employees will work from home (remote work).
・Implementation period: From April 6 to April 30, 2020
The term may be extended depending on the situation.
・Temporary Shutdown of Telephone Lines
During the remote work period, we cannot accept calls to the companies’ representative phone numbers.
If you wish to contact us, please contact us via our website or send an email directly to the relevant staff person.
Depending on the content, the relevant staff person will respond by phone or email.
